A 15-year-old Washington teen has been charged with running an underage prostitution ring out of his mother’s house, according to court documents obtained by KHQ-TV, which show the women involved in the operation were as young as 14 years old. The teen’s mother received 25 percent of the profits from the ring, which was reportedly uncovered when officials followed up on a shooting investigation from earlier this year. The teen was instructed by his 17-year-old older brother, who was locked up in a juvenile detention center on an unrelated felony at the time, on how to run the prostitution ring.
