Arkansas state representative Justin Harris adopted three young girls then sent two of them to the home of Eric and Stacey Francis where one of the girls was raped. Now, allegations have surfaced that the family gave the girls up because they believed the children were possessed by demons. Harris has blamed the Department of Human Services for the fallout, while sources familiar with the situation contradict his story.
