A robot killed a man in the Volkswagen factory in Kassel, Germany on Monday. The 21-year-old technician was assembling the robot for mass production of a new line of electrical cars when it crushed him to death. The incident occurred due to human error, according to the official representative of Volkswagen, Heiko Hillwig, but the case is being further investigated by prosecutors.
