A Cold War-era missile base, which defended the United States from nuclear attack during the Cuban Missile Crisis has gone on sale for $503,000 on Ebay. The Nike Control Site DY-10 in Abilene, Texas is a ten-building complex that housed surface-to-air missiles designed to shoot nuclear warheads out of the sky in the event of a Soviet attack.
