The first “cyber-flashing” case is being investigated by police after 34-year-old British woman Lorraine Crighton-Smith was sent multiple pictures of an unknown man’s penis on her iPhone via Apple’s Airdrop sharing feature as she travelled to work. Airdrop is intended to let people share pictures between phones, but can be used by anyone in the immediate vicinity to send images to other people.
