23-year-old Jacob Nolan has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly using a sledgehammer and knife to try to kill his psychiatrist cousin’s ex Michael Weiss in November 2012. Now, Nolan’s defense team is accusing Nolan’s cousin, New York psychiatrist Pamela Buchbinder, of brainwashing him into committing the violent act.
