A Florida cop was caught on cellphone video violently slamming a young woman to the ground in a parking lot. In the video, the woman, Brittnie Fails, appears to be acting drunk and belligerent with her unidentified boyfriend before the officer sneaks up behind her and throws her hard onto the ground without warning.
