German condom company Einhorn has been taken to court by rival Fair Squared who filed an injunction banning Einhorn from claiming that its product “corresponds to up to 21 orgasms.” Judge Johanna Brueckner-Hofmann banned the slogan saying that it’s deceptive and could encourage people to reuse the condoms while Einhorn argued that it’s obviously a joke.
