Harvard graduate Alyssa Leader filed a lawsuit against the university on Tuesday claiming that school officials failed to take seriously her allegations of sexual assault by a fellow student, forcing her to live in the same dorm as her alleged attacker. The lawsuit accuses the institution of failing to protect her and of creating a culture of silence about sexual violence.
