NASA has announced its next round of commercial resupply contracts, dubbed CRS2, to Sierra Nevada Corporation, SpaceX and Orbital ATK. The space delivery service contracts will allow customizable resupply missions to the International Space Station as well as more cargo to and from the ISS. Each company will be issued six flights, with additional flights based on NASA’s needs. The first mission under the new CRS2 contract is expected to launch late 2019.
