Hurricane Joaquin caused cargo ship El Faro to go missing in the Bermuda Triangle last week after it departed for a four day trip last Tuesday in the US. Now, the Coast Guard has announced that it plans to end its search for the 33 missing crew members that were on board the ship. Will we ever know why and how this happened?
