ISIS has started only accepting payment in black market American dollars inside its caliphate as US airstrikes on the terrorist group’s cash reserves in Iraq and Syria have destroyed hundreds of millions of dollars. The terrorist group has also cut fighters’ salaries in half and is releasing captives for $500 due to the severe cash shortage.
