Multiple medieval Cambodian cities have been revealed by a group of archaeologists using a groundbreaking new type of airborne laser scanning technology known as Lidar (Light Direction and Ranging). The cities, which are previously undocumented, were found hidden beneath the jungle floor not far from the ancient temple city of Angkor Wat.
