Norwegian mass murderer Anders Behring Breivik, who was convicted of killing 77 people in a 2011 rampage, is suing Norway for alleged inhuman treatment. Breivik, who was sentenced to 21 years in prison in 2012, claims that his solitary confinement violates his human rights and gave a Nazi salute upon returning to court Tuesday to argue his case.
