An Ohio man was ordered to hold an “I AM A BULLY!” sign as punishment after he was charged with disorderly conduct for harassing his neighbors for the past 15 years. The man was sentenced by a judge to sit at a public street corner holding the sign declaring himself as an intolerant bully of disabled children whose actions are unappreciative of the diverse community that he lives in. Lissette Padilla and Elliot Hill discuss whether or not this punishment was appropriate, in this clip from the Lip News.
