Jimmy Carter’s cancer has spread to four places in his brain, and he will be undergoing radiation treatment to fight melanoma, the former President said at a news conference on Thursday. Carter said that he “was surprisingly at ease” after receiving the news and that he has “complete confidence” in his medical team at Emory University.
