Republican Open Letter to Iran on Nuclear Deal an Act of Treason?

A group of Republican Senators organized by Senator Tom Cotton wrote an ‘Open Letter’ to Iran’s leaders warning them that any nuclear deal they sign with President Obama’s administration won’t last after Obama leaves office. The letter, titled “An Open Letter to the Leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran,” has prompted the hashtags #47traitors, #GangOf47, and #IranLetter. Is this undermining of Obama an act of treason?
