Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker signed a right-to-work bill on Monday banning labor contracts that require private sector workers to pay labor fees after saying last year that he wouldn’t support this type of legislation. This move by potential 2016 presidential candidate is a win for manufacturers in the state and a huge loss for organized labor, which had opposed the measure.
