Mohamed Bakkali, a suspect linked to the November 13 Paris attacks, was found with 10 hours of surveillance footage of a high-ranking Belgian nuclear official. Bakkali was arrested after the attacks and is currently in detention on charges of terrorist activity and murder. Nik Zecevic and Margaret J.
