Kim Davis, an anti-gay Kentucky county clerk, turned aside same-sex couple David Moore and David Ermold on Tuesday morning telling the couple that she was acting “under God’s authority” in a confrontation that was caught on video by multiple news outlets. This comes after the Supreme Court handed down an order that prohibited Davis from refusing to issue gay marriage licenses.
