David Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress, the pro-life guys behind the Planned Parenthood sting videos that appeared to show the sale of fetal tissue, were denied an emergency appeal by Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy in an attempt to avoid a district court order forcing them to hand over a list of their donors and supporters. The decision comes in the wake of a mass shooting at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs on November 27 that left three dead.
