26 bodies from mass graves were discovered by Thai authorities on Saturday in an isolated jungle site in Songkhla near the Thai border with Malaysia where victims of transnational human trafficking from Bangladesh and Myanmar are thought to have been buried. The bodies are suspected to be mostly Bangladeshi victims who were lured to Malaysia before being held captive in Thailand for ransom over the last eight years.
