Two Albuquerque Police To Stand Trial for 2014 Murder of Homeless Man

Albuquerque police officers Dominique Perez and Keith Sandy were ordered by a New Mexico Judge on Tuesday to stand trial on murder charges in the 2014 on-duty shooting of 38-year-old homeless man James Boyd whose killing was caught on video. Police helmet camera footage of the shooting shows Boyd gathering his belongings and appearing to surrender after an hours-long standoff in the mountains. We look at the video and discuss the charges against the two officers on the Lip News with Jo Ankier and Nik Zecevic.
