British parliament members have passed a bill allowing for three parent in vitro fertilization procedures. The measure approved Tuesday allows scientists to take DNA from three people - making it the first country to legalize the practice. Does the procedure, a form of in vitro fertilization, open the door to scientists playing God? We take a look at the debate surrounding this historic move, in this Lip News clip with Gabriel Mizrahi.
