Pedro Rios Leao is a self-described “anarchist militant, pacifist, environmentalist.” Noted for participating in an 11 day hunger strike in protest of the eviction and police massacre of favela dwellers in the Pinheirinho area of São Paulo, he is an outspoken critic of the military corporatocracy of Brazil.
