Hulk Hogan and the sex tape that allegedly depicts him and Bubba the Love Sponge’s ex wife Heather Clem in bed together was published on Gawker resulting in a $100 million lawsuit against Gawker. The suit has sparked a debate about journalists publishing sex tapes and the invasion of privacy. Erin Andrews sued her stalker Michael David Barrett and the owner of the Nashville Marriott where Barrett secretly filmed her. The court awarded Andrews $55 million, but when it comes down to culpability, who should be held responsible? In 2009, 23-year-old Rhonda Casto died while hiking with her boyfriend.
