The appeal of FIGHT CLUB, the iconic 1999 film adaptation of Chuck Palahniuk’s novel of the same name, is explored with screenwriter Jim Uhls who explains why the book’s unique brand of dark humor and biting social commentary translated so well onto the screen. Uhls also describes how filmmaker David Fincher set the tone for the film and the importance of the film’s cast, which includes Edward Norton, Brad Pitt and Helena Bonham Carter.
