Godzilla 2014 is shared with the official trailer and behind the scenes information on Bryan Cranston and Ken Watanabe, courtesy of screenplay writer Max Borenstein in this uncensored interview. Writing the blockbuster film, his earlier experience during film school and cinema background, plus how Borenstein broke into the film industry is all discussed on The Insiders, hosted by Sebastian Twardosz.
Max Borenstein is a screenwriter and storyteller who captures the soul and complexity of richly developed characters in his films. His scripts push the boundaries while maintaining an authenticity regardless of genre.
Borenstein wrote the script for the upcoming GODZILLA, an epic, contemporary reinvention of the iconic franchise. The film, which stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Johnson and is directed by Gareth Edwards, is set to be released by Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures this May.
Borenstein is currently adapting the Swedish cyber-punk novel MONA for New Regency and writing ART OF THE STEAL for New Line Pictures with Seth Gordon set to direct. Additionally, Borenstein is developing two new projects for his GODZILLA partners at Legendary Pictures.
