North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory is suing the Justice Department, asking a federal court to rule whether the state’s LGBT “bathroom bill” violated U.S. law. We discuss the issue of state’s rights vs government overreach with defense attorney Mike Cavalluzzi. New claims have surfaced by an alleged victim of Jerry Sandusky, stating he had reported a rape by Sandusky via telephone to Penn State officials in 1971, and that he was told to drop his accusations. The victim, who was not named, said he believed that Paterno was on the line at the time.
