North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory is suing the Justice Department, asking a federal court to rule whether the state’s LGBT “bathroom bill” violated U.S. law. New claims have surfaced by an alleged victim of Jerry Sandusky, stating he had reported a rape by Sandusky via telephone to Penn State officials in 1971, and that he was told to drop his accusations.
