Paulette Cooper is an author and journalist whose 1971 book, THE SCANDAL OF SCIENTOLOGY, was one of the first published works to criticize the organization. As a result of her book she received years of harassment.
Tony Ortega is executive editor of The Raw Story and is formerly the editor of The Village Voice. He’s written about Scientology since 1995, and is the author of THE UNBREAKABLE MISS LOVELY, detailing the harassment of Paulette Cooper.
