After personally going to Japan to check the levels of radioactivity with a group of concerned citizens, the Japanese government revised their figures in accordance with their findings and now Sean Bonner tells Buzzsaw how to check the levels locally and independently, plus the local levels in the states.

Sean Bonner is a writer, blogger and activist & the co-founder and global director of Safecast, an organization pioneering citizen science Co-founder of the LA hacker collective Crash Space, designed an Die Antwoord album and helped start the art gallery sixspace. Though his homepage states “It’s rather difficult to explain what Sean Bonner does exactly. It’s kind of a secret in fact. A mystery actually. To be honest, we don’t like to talk about it much.”
