Within the first 100 minutes of the 9/11 terror attack, the US Air force sent out four armed fighter jets and one unarmed training plane. For 30-hours, communication between the fighter pilots and commanders were being recorded by NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command) who headed the air traffic communication.
