Supreme Court Justice Scalia’s Interesting Advice to Black College Students

Justice Anton Scalia has questioned the right of black students to enter into colleges through the assistance of affirmative action programs, suggesting that perhaps they should be at ‘slower’ colleges. The judge spoke during deliberations over Fisher v University of Texas, but his comments illustrate some misunderstandings that are held by many about affirmative action.
