Apple has cut off app developers in Crimea following the international sanctions placed on Russia after they annexed Crimea back in March 2014 despite it having been part of Ukraine. Apple is sending out notices of termination to people with accounts registered in Crimea meaning that they cannot create or publish apps in the app store.
