The bubonic plagues has killed a man in China and part of the city of Yumen, which is home to 30,000 people, has been sealed off as a result of the death. More than 151 residents are now under quarantine due to the threat of the bacterial disease, which the man is said to have contracted after coming into contact with a type of rodent.
