Thousands of vials of chemicals intended to be used for the death penalty were purchased online by Arizona, Nebraska and Texas. The drugs were distributed by a man named Chris Harris in India. However, the FDA seized the drugs, which were worth up to $80,000. Arizona has challenged the FDA on the release of these drugs. The drugs have been held for a year already.
