After Southwest Airlines told Minnesota man Duff Watson that his children couldn’t board his flight as priority passengers with him, Watson took to Twitter to express his anger posting “Wow, rudest agent in Denver. Kimberly S, gate C39, not happy @SWA.” The man and his children were then kicked off the plane after the gate agent claimed that she felt threatened by the tweet. They were allowed to board after the man deleted the tweet, and Southwest later apologized for the incident. We look at who was right and who was wrong in the situation, in this Lip News clip with Gabriel Mizrahi and Mark Sovel.
