Porn and video game consumption are causing a condition known as PIED (Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction) and a crisis of masculinity, according to Stanford psychologist Philip Zimbardo speaking to the BBC. Zimbardo believes that the brains of young boys are becoming “digitally rewired” particularly in those who are online up to 15 hours a day and play games and watch porn in social isolation.
